Program not working properly

Just so you know .

Tech Support does not read this post.

You have to tell them on your ticket to look at it. 

Also the engineers and or people that are responsible for program working are not talking to tech support

since they keep saying it is on own end.  I think copy and pasted replies

Very frustrating  No one is listening

None of the issues are getting resolved.  The tech support team told me they did not have knowledge of new servers and or added memory. 

Push commands don't work

Kicked off portal randomly

Many items not working and no one there seems to care 

I had to tell them to read the Community Forum

When will the issues be resolved.  There are lots of people still having issues

Architect- these issues are being disscussed here for a long time. Flexispy is not working properly for a very long time. Push commands needs to be sync, a lot of times the app stucks and no sync at all so nothing can be sent etc. You cant say that you didnt notice all the complaints here!! Please check 2-3 last topics and reffer to the problem mentioned there.

The issues were not resolved yet and this has been going on for several weeks. In addition, as of lately, the ambient recording push commands do not work. Scheduled recordings still work but the 5 to 15 minute push commands will not record at all (even if sent between scheduled recordings). Any push command will be stuck at "pending" unless you manually sync to push them through.

Really you need to keep sending tickets so they get the idea

It appears with some past reviews this is common . The program does not work after renewing or right before.

I am getting no where either and this is rather frustrating.

They just don't seem to care at all

Keep pursuing it  That is all we can do
