Optimus P Posted July 30, 2023 Posted July 30, 2023 Hello, I had an old Samsung phone that was licensed with flexispy and working properly. I bought a new Samsung and a new license was purchased for this particular phone and had flexispy professionally installed using the service. It all tested good, until I used Samsung smart switch to transfer over messages and contacts. After that nothing synced anymore. I checked and I still see the flexispy app is installed, so it’s not like it was removed. Please help! I opened ticket #236632 for this
