Kater Posted April 13, 2023 Posted April 13, 2023 Bought EXTREME, only used for 2 days, after the target phone replaced the SIM card,,The target device is not online,All the functions are down. Has anyone ever seen anything like this? How?
Solution Dakota Posted April 19, 2023 Solution Posted April 19, 2023 Hi. Upon checking your account I can see that the device is online and is uploading new data to your account. It's possible that the new SIM didn't have a data plan but now does, or that the target device has connected to Wi-Fi. In any case everything seems to be working again.
