nancy3232 Posted January 27, 2023 Report Share Posted January 27, 2023 Is anyone else having error issues with ambient, remcam, remvid, call recording. Since the last 10 hours I haven't been able to get any connection to target phone audio or camera. I keep getting errors back to back. Everything else is working like a basic lite but I've upgraded to extreme 2 days ago and only was able to use the features for 24 hrs. paullyn Posted January 27, 2023 Report Share Posted January 27, 2023 I get those too sometimes & they tend to come in clusters like yours. Everything else works fine. A restart fixes it usually. paullyn Posted January 27, 2023 Report Share Posted January 27, 2023 Not if you send thru the portal - Click Help - device settings - device controls - restart device. The target phone will simply restart with no message or explanation. Also you should change your title to java error or something.
