Hi there.

Sorry about my English. I'm a learner.

I'm looking for some help here cause I've not found it on official support.

Target device is not connected 7 days ago. Dashboard says: check if the device is connected to the internet or powdered. However I know that the phone is connected, is online and is working correctly. It hasn't been updated or anything like that. So... I don't see why this is happening. If someone can help me I would really appreciate it. Thanks

I always restart the device (manually) when there are problems. If that doesn't fix it then it is usually a server problem.
