Thanks Ros PS. sorry but my english is very bad Hi, Yes, you need to uninstall previous version than install PRO-X. Remotely upgrade is not possible at this time. Login to your web account and go to "My Profile" you will find "Upgrade" link. Click it and follow up the steps. Your English is fine. Regards... M. Christian Posted January 4, 2011 Report Share Posted January 4, 2011 As MMM has pointed out, you do need the phone physically in your hand to install ANY other version than the one you already have. But you also need to make sure to fully uninstall the existing version. You may end up with problems if you try to install a newer version on top of the older one. Thanks You can do that from the Profile page of your FlexiSPY web account. Login to your account, click the Profile page, and scroll down until you see the links for Upgrade or Renew.
