Hi 

i paid the extrem sub

but the most interesting think about call recording not working 

even it empty not showing anything 

i just add ticket  #202297

i don't now why ther's not chat for help  ( as an urgent case ) 

hope it can resolved   fast

We check on your account and the ticket ID. 
You can always try to change the audio source of your call recording. 

And instruction was also provided by our support. 

If you've tried to set some changes and needs further assistance.

How can we change the audio source of your call recording?  I was able to do it for my old device but I just transferred plan to new device and that option is not found.

There was an outgoing phone call today that lasted over an hour  and there is no recording because another phone call was answered.  What happens to the phone call?  Why is there no recording for either of those 2 calls?
