Paulo FW Posted September 27, 2022 Posted September 27, 2022 You can try to click on resync button to check if there are any captured files on the target device. however, setting up this kind of schedule will also depends on the phone's activity. If the command was initiated while the phone is currently engage on certain activities, such as having a phone call, watching video's or other activities that will use the microphone or speaker. then, the command will not go through. if have a ticket related this issue, you can send the ticket ID to us, so we can also check. thanks
