Call recording empty

Call recording and voip recording stopped working about a month ago. Tried everything, and multiple tickets, changed recording sources, deactivated and reinstalled, disabled bixy, removed device care, and much more. Flexispy team response was well in order to keep it discreet, the recording stops working when a phone call is on, better to have something (ambient, messages..) than nothing. Also, private calls do not show un on the call long. So, why mislead customers to believe that you have call recording, and it captures all calls including private and unknown calls? Did anyone find a solution for this? Please help
