I can't download ambient record files.

hi, this is first comment.

we have rooted android(Ver 9.0), and install finished

but when i clicked "ambient record file" it show me error page

i think cloud server had some problem

i have 2 account in flexispy(almost 40 license), so i tried with all 

but all same problem 😛

need help ASAP
