bbm report

im a pro-x user. why i didnt receive blackberry messanger report at my server?? @server only show the mail, sms,etc but not for bbm.....for example:

target :a (bb 8900)

monitor:b

my other gsm :c (bb onyx)

(a) and © have a chat on 11 august 2010.

then i check the report @the server on 13 august 2010...i didnt receive any mssanger repot (empty)??

but sometimes there is only e few chat history but not complete ( i know because i check the target's blackberry).....is there anyone can help me???i dont know where to ask and solve this....thank uuu

I have already tried but it didn't work. he also said that according to bbm it shows The contact is busy.

any luck? and I checked my profile is set to Available.when i try replying, he couldn't receive mine.
