I noticed from my dashboard that it shows the phone hasn't synced in 6 hours. I also noticed there is a software update available to 14.7. What do I have to do to update software? If its not connected to any internet network or the reception is bad. Then it will show that its not connected. But it doesnt mean that the app stops working at all. But if its not connected for more than a day. Then we can try to send certain commands to verify if it has been removed or not. You can try to click on resync button. About the version 14.7 for non rooted Android. https://support.flexispy.com/portal/en/kb/articles/flexispy-android-normal-version-history You can get to see the enhancement of the app at that link.
