Non US phone

Hi I'm based in Portugal Europe, I would like to know if this software works outside the US, and how it would works for sms warnings and intercept calls as the site is based in US.

Does it have the capability of recording sound in cellphone memory card to be downloaded later on or/and can be eard in real time even is the cellphone is just laying there in stadby?
