There are lots of people using it, and a few that have posted success using the Samsung Moment after upgrading. You haven't described the issues you're having. If you'd like to submit a support ticket that would probably be best. You can do that at http://support.flexispy.com. Make sure and tell them what network you're using, what model phone and what version Android OS, and also verify that you're able to get a GPRS connection from other apps. A good test for this is to try playing a video in the phone's web browser from youtube.com. If that works, include the APN name you're using in the Ticket that you submit.
