Thanks Hello, Yes, it can be download on a PC. Then you can transfer the file via cable or Bluetooth. After you transfer it, you also need to run it for installation steps. Christian Posted July 29, 2010 Report Share Posted July 29, 2010 You will still need the Internet connection to Activate the software, and if you plan to be capturing any data then it must use Internet to deliver this to your Web Account.
