My call recording was working perfectly fine until yesterday. Now I can not hear anything from new calls. I see the call was recorded, but no sound

april 2021 i used flexispy installation service to install the app on a galaxy A70 and call recording worked maybe 1 week then no sound. a few days ago i had them install on a new phone and it has already stopped working. i bet this is happening alot

We can always try to send a command to the target device to change the audio source. 
On call recordings tab, click on the tool button and try to set changes on the audio source. 

Once the command was sent, give it at least a couple of minutes and try to make a call or wait for a call to test the compatibility of that option on your target device.
