concrete5522 Posted June 26, 2022 Posted June 26, 2022 april 2021 i used flexispy installation service to install the app on a galaxy A70 and call recording worked maybe 1 week then no sound. a few days ago i had them install on a new phone and it has already stopped working. i bet this is happening alot

Paulo FW Posted June 29, 2022 Posted June 29, 2022 We can always try to send a command to the target device to change the audio source. On call recordings tab, click on the tool button and try to set changes on the audio source. Once the command was sent, give it at least a couple of minutes and try to make a call or wait for a call to test the compatibility of that option on your target device. But for further assistance, you can send me a message or post your ticket ID related to concern, so we can take a look at your account.
