Is it 10 days from the day you bought it, or 10 days from the day it was downloaded on the target phone? It may take several days to get ahold of the target phone? We refer to this as the refund period, and is the first ten days from the date of purchase. We feel this is enough time to install and make sure things are working to your satisfaction. If for some reason it takes you longer than expected to install the software, go ahead and contact us within that 10 day period and let us know. The policy actually states that if you're having any issues then you must contact us within the first 10 days. The refund period is then extended while we can work with you to solve any problem, but only if we are contacted during the official period.
