No more ambiant recording, calls recording, keylog just worked twice the 30th of august. At the moment Photos don't work anymore ! Guys really, 240$ for extreme subscription, I would like somebody to fix that and get extended subscription free, cause it's not professional to lose entire weeks of services like that. All the features that are not working at the moment : IMs Call recording VoIP recording Keylog Ambiant recording All commands in Help menu don't work. No status in the command sent to the device, it's blank, no sign of good execution. Logs requests in help menu works sometimes, last time it worked was 1 september without any action, it doesn't work anymore I doubt that everything was related to Accessibility but, It's checked and status is turned and no improvement. I was told that maybe all those issues are related to the installation and a re installation may fix all those issues. Please investigate, 2 weeks without 90% of the features. If it's necessary to re install, just schedule new app installation. There is a high possibility that the user has enable a certain security app that can caused problem with our software. I paid for extreme software, I paid to install it, I also paid for insurance if there was a problem to be able to have a solution. Now I ask. Where is the solution for all this money spent? I ask for a reset or a solution. I bought software because I wanted to see messages sent and received, I paid a lot for a product that doesn't work for me. They even told me to check the Keylogger that only the written messages appear to me but I don't even know who it's sent to and it doesn't even give me the content of the conversation.
