I assume you're asking about how to enter your Monitor number in the settings. The manual instructs you to enter this with the +1 prefix (if you're in the States), but with Blackberry and iPhone versions of the software you simply need to send the command to turn on SpyCall mode, and the correct format of your number will automatically be configured. If you look at an SMS received by your phone, you'll normally see the incoming number reported with the +1. This is a standard format for all cell phone networks. Then again, if the +1 isn't working then just try it without the +1. There's only three posibilities: +12125551212, 12125551212 or 2125551212. But most typically, +1. Link to comment
