As long as the phone is running Windows Mobile 5.x or 6.x and the network provider is GSM it will work.

Actually you didn't say which version of FlexiSPY you were wanting to purchase. Our main web site and our Support Center both state that the Intercept Call feature of Pro-X is not at this time compatible with CDMA networks, but all other features of all current versions work equally on either GSM or CDMA. You might want to stick with Light or Pro if your Target phone is CDMA. If you're going for the GPS tracking then this still works on CDMA (only available with Pro-X on the Windows Mobile platform), but Intercept Call will only work with GSM.
