ajmarton Posted June 6, 2010 Report Share Posted June 6, 2010 I lost my BB Curve and tried to reactivate FlexiSPY on a new BB Curve 8530 phone but I couldn't activate the FlexiKEY because it was never disabled on the old phone. Then I tried to register for support under the registered email address but never got the follow up verification email address so I can't log in for chat or email support. I'm completely stuck now! Christian Posted June 6, 2010 Report Share Posted June 6, 2010 Andrew, Check your spam folder just in case. If not there, its likely you mis-typed your email address. Register again and if it says the email address is already registered, click the link "forgot password". Registering and validating the same email address the license is registered to is a method to validate ownership. Support can't deactivate any key unless the request comes from a validated email address in writing. We've never had any problems with the Support registration so please try these suggestions.
