Every other feature is working but key logging will no longer show on my dashboard. Has anyone had this happen and what was the solution? Thank you! DC1077 Posted February 9, 2019 Author Report Share Posted February 9, 2019 Keylogs starting posting again. There were several texts messages sent that did not get "key logged" but it's working again. Seems like 2 different people are having problems getting there and I tried with no luck. Kelyogge isn't working and software keeps getting deleted. It may be time to find another software supplier. OS 9 not working Posted March 31, 2019 Report Share Posted March 31, 2019 because no one can figure out how to get to the board you are talking about and I can't get anyone to respond to my issues and now they are not responding to my request to join the other group. The software deleted again last night. I am done trying to get the software to work. I will find another option. There are plenty of other suppliers that provide keylogger and call recording options for similar or less price points. If they don't want to let us know about issues with compatibility or respond in a timely fashion, then time to find another software company. No one has any answers about anything. The install instructions are outdated, lack luster response time. Very frustrated. I think they works both with the "Magnify Text" service set on. I checked the target phone and it has been disabled, anyway don't know if this service has been deactivated by the user, the upgrade or Play Protect. OS 9 not working Posted April 8, 2019 Report Share Posted April 8, 2019 I re-downloaded it and at first I thought the ambient recording was working, but that is all messed up as well. The key logger doesn't work even though the magnifier is on and the call recording doesn't work. Basically nothing works and no answers.
