Flexispy only updating whatsapp and location data

My flexispy has stopped uploading any other data besides whatsapp and location info. Everything else has stopped working. It is not taking sums commands either. Send immediate via network goes thru eventually but no data comes back. The whatsapp updates just fine. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Even in my case the same is happening after upgrading to 2.27.2. pl let me know how to revert back to 2.26.2 version which was working fine

I am the same, Last week working fine, this week, only location is coming through, no ambient recordings, a password was inut yet it did not capture it either. What is going on that it suddenly stopped working.
