ashield1 Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 Can anyone tell me what the "buzz" noise is, that I sometimes hear during an ambient recording? I first thought that it was when the target phone was receiving a text message but I know that's not the case. I then thought that it could be when the target device switches between cellular network to wifi networks, but now I don't think that's it either. I'm wondering if its when the device receives a message from a hidden texting app.
Guest Ricardo Posted December 7, 2016 Posted December 7, 2016 Hi There, The buzzing sound could be caused by interference that's coming from speakers or a mic. Meaning to say that the target device could be placed near these electrical devices, which is causing this. Hope this helps.
ashield1 Posted December 7, 2016 Author Posted December 7, 2016 How close would the device have to be? I'm hearing it consistently in recordings. Even when the device is being carried. I also can't see the applications used, use remote camera, or view websites so I have no idea if it is related to an app or something that I can't see.
