hey anyone know how to download this software...i am stuck at the window where we select the phone model..i press "BUY"

but nothing happens.

Hi,

We are not hearing reports of this problem from others, and all looks fine from our end. Make sure you are clicking the BUY NOW buttons directly from the front page of the web site at http://www.flexispy.com, nowhere else. It should take you either to a product page for the product you've selected, or directly to the phone selection page. Pick the target phone you will install the software on and continue clicking the BUY NOW buttons to complete the shopping cart checkout.

If you still have trouble then try clearing your cache from your web browser, and reloading the home page to try again. If you still have trouble please take note of the exact URL of the page you are having the trouble at, and submit a Support Ticket from our Support Center at http://support.flexispy.com

I just tried to purchase the Light for Blackberry from here: http://utilities.flexispy.com/checkphones.jsp?p=1#application and I also cannot purchase. I get this pop-up message when I click on the "Buy" button: "Message from webpage: Please select your device first!". I just tried clicking on a couple different phones to see if it was just my particular phone having problems, but I get that error pop-up with each phone selected. I'm using Internet Explorer 8 and I tried it with the pop-up blocker turned off as well as on.

**NEVERMIND**

I was hitting the wrong Buy button. Operator error. ;-) It works fine for me.
