Hi Dakota. Question for you.

If the app is been disconnected remotely from the target device by accident ( can this be reconnected by te installation team using quick support app instead of connecting the target device to a computer ) and if the person do a search with the word flexispy on the phone, will be any result showing the app is installed in the device?

Just trying to figure out how to reconnect to the target device, as before was installed the extreme package on it.

Firstly, if the target device has not connected for some time, we recommend checking the following:

1. Check if the target device has undergone a factory reset. If so, this will most likely mean that the software has been removed and will require physical access to reinstall the software. 

2. Check if there are any security app or anti-virus software installed on the target device and disable them.

We also recommend following our troubleshooting guide here and if you need further assistance, we kindly advise you to raise a ticket from inside your portal as this will help us with the information required to troubleshoot the issue.
