clone1008 Posted February 18, 2015 Report Share Posted February 18, 2015 Flexispy Extreme has stopped running on the target phone. I deactivated the phone but when I try to reinstall the software it doesn't go through the whole process. It gives me the option to update or new. When I try either option it says that it has installed but I can't activate it on the portal website. It was running in full mode. What can be done about this? The phone is rooted. Link to comment
Guest Ian Posted February 19, 2015 Report Share Posted February 19, 2015 If you cannot activate then it sounds like deactivation was not successful. Please contact our support team to have them manually deactivate for you and then you should be able to reinstall again. Link to comment
