Support Questions

Hello, I have purchased flexispy yesterday and have a couple questions already.

 

01) On the forum here it is still not allowing me to enter any of the customer forums/threads. What do I need to do to get this resolved?

 

02) On the web portal in the RemCam menu section I am unable to delete any of the photos. It goes through the entire process fine but doesnt actually delete the pictures. Is there a way to resolve this?

1 - I have granted you access to the customer only sections.

 

2 - At this time what you are describing is a known issue that is being worked on.

 

I have moved this thread to the customer only section to keep the forum tidy.

I was able to delete device photo's, device videos, device audio and RemCam pictures today from the control panel for the first time. The only category that I noticed that I still could not delete were Ambient recorded audio files. 

This is a known issue that we are working to resolve - I apologise for the inconvenience.
