Hello, I have purchased flexispy yesterday and have a couple questions already.

 

01) On the forum here it is still not allowing me to enter any of the customer forums/threads. What do I need to do to get this resolved?

 

02) On the web portal in the RemCam menu section I am unable to delete any of the photos. It goes through the entire process fine but doesnt actually delete the pictures. Is there a way to resolve this?

1 - I have granted you access to the customer only sections.

 

2 - At this time what you are describing is a known issue that is being worked on.

 

I have moved this thread to the customer only section to keep the forum tidy.

Thank you. Ive since seen that im also having the same problem with being unable to delete ambient recordings too. No need to reply if this is all part of the known issue.

I just wanted to let you know that we are aware of this issue and we are working to resolve it.

I was able to delete device photo's, device videos, device audio and RemCam pictures today from the control panel for the first time. The only category that I noticed that I still could not delete were Ambient recorded audio files.
