It is not possible to allow a program to remain resident in the phone after a factory restore.  Imagine if we did that, you take all the time to install our software on to the TARGET phone, it gets restored by the phone owner, but, because our sofware remains installed after a factory reset, the owner immediately sees the software that was once hidden and you are immediately found out - this is not what we want.

 

This is why, after a factory reset of the TARGET device, physical reinstallation of our software will always be needed.  This also gives you piece of mind that you know the software has been installed correctly and is operating properly after the reinstallation.
