I can't get into the customer forums?

You didn't send a request to let us know you are a customer. I've verified your registered email address and added you to the proper group now.

This doesn't happen automatically. We check new registrations and try to add everyone to the proper group, but you need to let us know your a customer and request access by sending a PM to the Admin if you still don't have it within a few days of registering.
