mavic
hello. does the android phone need to be rooted for password cracking? how about wechat spying? thanks. how many minutes to install on the target phone?
Guest Ian
Hello Mavic. Thanks for contacting us. The Android TARGET device must be rooted first if you wish to capture any IM messages from services such as WeChat. If you need help rooting please check out the website below.http://www.spyphonereview.com/spy-phone-review-root-android/ For password cracking the phone does not need to be rooted. Installation time varies depending on whether or not you need to root the phone first and the make and model of the TARGET phone (because rooting every Android phone is different and some are more technical than others).Installation on a non-rooted Android phone (password cracking but no IM capturing such as WeChat) is estimated at around 5 - 10 minutes.Installation on a rooted Android phone (password cracking and IM capturing such as WeChat) is estimated up to 20 minute (5 - 10 minutes to root + 5 - 10 minutes to install) but these are only guidelines because, as mentioned, it depends on the Android TARGET device and how it is rooted. We hope this helps. Guest Ian
Hello Iris. You will need to root the Android phone first in order to use the password cracker. Rooting also gives you IM capturing and complete stealth and so there are many benefits for rooting the Android TARGET phone before installing our software. Guest Ian
Hello Iris. Unfortunately, as with most of the advanced features we offer on Android (e.g. IM capturing from the likes of Whatsapp and LINE) root permission is also required for our password cracker. Stringy
Will there be any way to use the password cracker in the future without root permission?
Guest Ian
Hello Stringy. Unfortunately, at this time, password cracker requires root. If that situation changes we will be sure to inform you.
Peab0dy
Is Password Cracker the same as the password option on the dashboard? My target phone is rooted, but has not displayed any new PWs since installation. I still get Line, FB, Viber, etc.
Guest Ian
Yes, that is the same option. Has the software ever captured any passwords since you installed it? Are you sure that the device owner is logged in to any of the supported services by the password grabber? To help us please submit a software diagnostic report to our support team at http://support.flexispy.com. To do this, inside your online account, go to Help > Reference Manuals. > Control Centre Commands and the SMS command for a diagnostic report will be listed. Send that SMS commands as an SMS message from your own phone to the TARGET phone (remember to insert your license code and use < > as shown). You should get an SMS message back that may be several SMS's in length. Note down all the information that they say and then send that to our support team for assistance.
