Ambient Recording has no sound after download

The ambient recording is working but when I download it,  there is no sound for the 30 minutes.    Does anyone have any idea of what settings I can check on to make the sound record?

Hi Guys

I find Ambient recording works great on my version 4.27.3 - but there are times when the sound will not work.

• Sometimes if earphones are being used, can cause a problem.
• If the user is on a call and call recording is taking place at the same time
• If the user is using the video record function and make a video
• If the used restarts their phone half way through the recording

My target phone is Samsung Galaxy S10

I hear some people are having problems with Ambient on the latest version, maybe see if you can download 4.27.3 - its pretty stable with Andriod 13 and less (not rooted)
