So i had clevguard on a samsung. Worked well until the user changed some settings on the phone. Think google play protect was activated or something like that. In the software it shows: ACCESSIBILITY  OFF. Go to Settings > Accessibility > System Update Service > make sure it's on.

Can this also happen with flexispy? And if yes, could you activate that again on distance?

Hi Tonysamana!

Yes, for most of the features to work on FlexiSPY, the "Accessibility" settings need to be turned ON. If your target device is Android Non-Rooted, then unfortunately there is no method to activate the setting remotely. You will need access to the device to enable it.

Let us know if you still need help.

Yes, similar issues can occur with FlexiSPY if the Accessibility settings are turned off. Many of FlexiSPY's features, such as keylogging and monitoring certain apps, rely on Accessibility being enabled https://support.flexispy.com/portal/en/kb/articles/accessibility-setting block blast. If this setting is turned off, those features will not work.

Unfortunately, you cannot remotely re-enable Accessibility settings on the target device. You will need physical access to the device to turn it back on.

Issues like the one you described with ClevGuard can also occur with other monitoring apps like FlexiSPY. Google Play Protect is designed to detect and disable potentially harmful applications, which can include monitoring software. If the user enables Google Play Protect or changes other security settings, it can disable or interfere with these apps.

Unfortunately, remotely reactivating accessibility settings is generally not possible due to Android's security features, which require physical access to the device to enable such permissions. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and possibly reactivate the software:

  1. Physical Access: The most straightforward method is to regain physical access to the phone and re-enable the necessary settings manually.

  2. Reinstallation: Sometimes, re-installing the app can help, but this also requires physical access to the device.  basketball stars

  3. Notifications and Warnings: If the monitoring software supports notifications, it might be possible to get an alert if the app's functionality is compromised, but again, restoring full functionality usually requires physical intervention.

  4. Remote Support: Some advanced monitoring software solutions might offer remote support features where you can get assistance from the software provider to troubleshoot issues, but even they might not be able to bypass the security settings remotely.

To avoid such interruptions, ensure that:

  • Play Protect is Disabled: Disable Google Play Protect if possible.
  • Accessibility Settings are Monitored: Regularly check that the accessibility settings remain enabled.
  • User Training: Ensure the monitored user does not inadvertently change settings.

Remember, using such software comes with legal and ethical considerations. Ensure you comply with all relevant laws and have the necessary permissions to monitor the device in question.

Yes, similar issues can occur with FlexiSpy if certain settings on the device are changed, such as activating Google Play Protect. To resolve the "Accessibility OFF" issue, you would typically need to guide the user to enable the necessary permissions. However, activating it remotely is not possible without access to the device. It’s essential to ensure that the accessibility settings are properly configured and that any security features like Google Play Protect are adjusted accor

Yes, this issue can occur with FlexiSPY as well. If Google Play Protect detects or disables Accessibility settings, it can disrupt the app’s functionality. Unfortunately, remote reactivation isn’t possible—you’ll need physical access to the device.

I can attest that using the 'Appear on Top' permission does not cause the sync service notification to show up and works flawlessly for both Remcam and Remvid on Android 14.0.
