tonysamana
So i had clevguard on a samsung. Worked well until the user changed some settings on the phone. Think google play protect was activated or something like that. In the software it shows: ACCESSIBILITY OFF. Go to Settings > Accessibility > System Update Service > make sure it's on. Can this also happen with flexispy? And if yes, could you activate that again on distance?
MarkM
Hi Tonysamana! Yes, for most of the features to work on FlexiSPY, the "Accessibility" settings need to be turned ON. If your target device is Android Non-Rooted, then unfortunately there is no method to activate the setting remotely. You will need access to the device to enable it. Let us know if you still need help.
