Ambient recording issue

Recommended Posts

Ambient recording is not starting until the target device not in use, in previous versions recording was working properly and stop only in case of phone call started.

Is there any chance to return the feature same as before?

In troubleshooting center I found the below message

OK Unable to execute command due to active phone, will proceed when the phone is idle

Hi khaledSaleh,

With the latest version of FlexiSPY 5.1.2 - the behavior changes/improvement for RemVid, RemCam, Ambient Recording is that when you send a command, the phone now waits for the screen to be idle/off before it executes the command. If the screen is ON then it will not execute the command, and when you send another command, it will cancel the second command as duplicate.

Read our Version History for 'Android Non-Root' version here to get information on the latest release.

With that said, we understand your concerns, and we are working on future changes and improvements, but we do not have an exact date yet, but our team is working on it.

Thanks for understanding.
