Please use the following easy-to-use troubleshooting guide. https://support.flexispy.com/portal/en/kb/articles/data-not-uploading For the ambient issue, the software is getting corrupted that's why no command is pushing through. Normally, this issue can be fixed by restarting the target device for a couple of times to refresh the software. Afterwards, send a single command again to test and let me know your result.
