You should be able to find accessibility here Settings > Accessibility > Installed apps > Accessibility If you don't see it then it is likely that FlexiSPY has been removed from the phone. If you're sure FlexiSPY is still installed on the phone then you could help us by taking a screen recording of what you see when you go into Installed Apps.
