Pee Posted August 14, 2023 Posted August 14, 2023 Hi Has anyone encountered or is anyone experiencing "Push Server Error The device is not online - Contact support" . How did you get it resolved? Unfortunately, I just left home on a trip and will only be back in October so can't have access to the device to reinstall.
buddymartin440 Posted August 22, 2023 Posted August 22, 2023 Having server errors as well. Also having errors with massive delays on push commands, such as ambient recordings. A couple hours late. Set a scheduled ambient recording then got this: "Sync Temporal Application Control 37m GPS not received" Ive been using this software for years, ive never had this much difficulty.
