str8talkchick Posted June 3, 2011 Report Share Posted June 3, 2011 is this guarantee made ONLY if the software isn't working properly, or if i decide i don't like the software? i have a feeling my target may not like the phone im giving him and will want to go back to a basic phone, (he's never had a smart phone and is not technology savvy) and it will be pointless if he does that.
