Dakota Posted November 21, 2022 Posted November 21, 2022 Upon checking, WhatsApp released a new version on November 17th. This is around the same time that you stopped seeing WhatsApp messages show in the Native Mode view. However, you are still able to see WhatsApp messages captured in the Appshot Mode view — for which it appears recent activity is coming in. This leads us to suspect that the issue was caused when WhatsApp updated to the latest version. We are investigating to see if we can reproduce this issue on our own devices. In the meantime, you can continue to see WhatsApp messages in Appshot mode. You could also consider downgrading the WhatsApp version. Will let you know when we have an update on this

Will let you know when we have an update on this as said earlier the im capture suddenly stopped working with an older version of whatsapp with which it worked fine. Whatsapp was then updated to the latest version to see if the capture of the im worked again. I will still continue to use the appshot function while waiting for some updates. thank you

Will let you know when we have an update on this hi Dakota I tried to install an old version of WhatsApp (2.22.13.76) that worked before but it is not captured.
