Does a regular iphone need the cydia app to install the program?

Do I need to install the cydia app on a phone that has never been jailbroke?

I feel like that will make it obvious that there is something on the phone. 

Would you send me the instructions for a regular iphone without cydia?

Hi there. FlexiSPY requires that you first Jailbreak the iPhone or iPad. After this, it then hides all traces of the Jailbreak, including the Cydia icon.
