even worse are the activity apps, it does not record any records.

Still looking into the issues you mentioned however I can see that Application Activity is not enabled inside your account. You can enable it by going to Help > Device Settings > Data Delivery > Change Application Settings > tick 'Application Life Cycle' and Save if asked.

Regarding the upgrade, I see you are on Premium Monthly, so your Extreme upgrade options are as follows

  • Upgrade to Extreme Quarterly: $149 (Normal price $199)
  • Upgrade to Extreme Annual: $249 (Normal price $349)

You should be able to gain access to the new features are soon as you've upgraded — without needing to get the phone in your hands

Regarding your comments about App activity, thanks for the feedback.

App activity feature is disabled by default because it generates a lot of events, however this information is in a KB article and is not immediately obvious.

We will update the UI to make this a lot clearer
