Audio speed up setting

I need to know how to speed up the audio in my downloaded videos from the red red and ambient because I only hear sounds that sound like snoring and I know that's a slow audio so can someone please help me?

Most audio playback software allow you to adjust playback speed. Here's how to do it on VLC media player, which is the playback software we recommend.
