RemCam, RemVideo, Ambient recording not working after two days of purchase.

I subscribed Flexispy, First day it worked perfectly fine, but now i cant use RemCam, RemVideo and Ambient Recording, although its fetching other data as call logs, sms, IM's etc.

Having checked with our developers, it is very likely that a security app is blocking the FlexiSPY application from executing the commands you are sending. Can you please check whether play protect has been disabled? Here are the steps to do so

What is the error you are receiving when attempting to download audio files? Can you attach a screenshot of the error?

There is nor error showing , previously it was working, but everything stopped at the same time RemCam, RemVideo, Ambient Recording, Downloading files. I had purchased installation service, so i dont know how that security turned on? and i dont have access to target device anymore, Please resolve the issue from your end. Screenshot attached.
