All of a sudden location monitoring stopped working. It hasn't worked for several hours. All previous location logs are gone and no new location logs are showing. What could have happened? If this software is discrete on the Target phone, they couldn't have saw their location being detected and disabled it, correct? Ticket # 169807

Hi apologies for the late response. 

For location tracking. Enabling GPS can consume the phone's battery and will totally depend on the actual user if they prefer to disable or enable it. 

And if its currently off on the target phone. Then we cannot track the location

This used to work - its something that Flexispy needs to fix, knowing the location of the target phone user is one of the most important features!

How come that simply disabling location services in the phone settings totally ruins one of the most important features?

The software has to enable it of it's off for the time the location should be fetched, and switch it off immediately afterwards.

This is a must feature that has to be always working.

I have newly purchased the extreme feature woth installation service. gps location feature and green indicator feature not working from the beginning of the installation in the target device. further, no proper response is being received from flexispy
