Ambient recording don't start

hello since this morning I have a problem. ambient recordings no longer start.

i sent the sms command

<*#84><license code> <30><D>

to start ambient recording and I received this error in response :.

[5002 5.3.1] [84] Error
Error stopping. Err: Thread-21

since then if i try to give sms command

the registration does not start and it does not start even if I try from the portal.

I too am having the same issue. None of my scheduled ambient recordings are triggering at set time. And now, even with clicking record from the portal..... nothing. Also, no highlighted "new data" on the left under data tab. I never know when something new occurred anymore. It's like it's dying slowly, day after day I loose another feature. 

Help please !
