"I am so glad"...response.

Regarding the recent post entitled "I am so glad", yes it was deleted and I will explain why. Constructive criticism is one thing but there is no benefit in angrily bashing ANY company, and we won't allow the forums to be used this way. The whole premise of the poster's comment seems absurd, when the argument itself is incorrect. Aside from the fact that this is a FREE product and we do provide support for it anyway, the Forums are for DISCUSSION, and are UNOFFICIAL except for the Pre-Sales area, which is moderated and always answered. Many areas of this forum repeatedly state that official Support is ONLY available from our Support Center at http://support.flexispy.com

In fact, this is expressly stated right on the top of the screen when you enter this Android board:

"Support staff will frequent this forum to answer general questions, but as with any of our products if you need official support please sign up separately at our Support Center where you can login to submit a Ticket."

And in the Board Guidelines seen during registration (link at upper right of all pages), under the Fair Use section it says:

"We welcome open discussion in an appropriate context, as long as its honest and accurate, in the true interest of the community and not commercially motivated. However we are highly responsive to unfair and unwarranted criticism or the blatant use of our forums for commercial attack."

If you do have a complaint, there is a place for that as well. The Support Center offers a feedback department when submitting a ticket, as well as there is a feedback area here in the forums. This area is a community discussion and peer-to-peer support area for FlexiSPY Android users. If you want to submit feedback or if you need official support, that is always only available from the Support Center. Posts in the wrong places can be moved, incorrect information can be edited or corrected, and posts that violate the Board Guidelines (see top of page, right) will be deleted.
