Greg Dill Posted June 1, 2021 Posted June 1, 2021 As of today I noticed snapchat and Instagram screenshots can't be downloaded to be able to take a picture of it. I haven't updated to a newer version so not sure what changed but just wondering if anyone else is having this issue?

Greg Dill Posted June 4, 2021 Author Posted June 4, 2021 No I am receiving screenshots however now I can't download a individual picture to be able to take a screenshot of it like before. The download arrow is now a star so I am not able to download it. Otherwise the picture has left and right arrows and the banner across the top so it blocks a lot of the screen. I haven't updated version so not sure what changed.
KDP Posted June 5, 2021 Posted June 5, 2021 Commands have stopped executing. Yesterday they displayed being sent to server, but nothing in execution results. Today nothing displays. I have submitted several tickets and received no response. 1

Due to the Deprecations and removals introduced in Chrome 65, we had to remove the ability to download individual image files using the download button. Instead, you can now download individual image files by ricking-clicking 'save as'. You can also download media - including photos - in bulk using the Download Tool https://support.flexispy.com/portal/en/kb/articles/how-to-download-data
Greg Dill Posted July 3, 2021 Author Posted July 3, 2021 Thanks Dakota for letting me know. I knew something had changed just not sure what happened. I've been taking screenshots and enlarging each one but some are really blurry. No big deal but Thanks for letting me know.
