How can I fix it? Urgent response needed! Hi Tuglu! To capture IMs natively, please check our current supported versions of IMs here - Supported IM chat clients (mobile versions) (flexispy.com). If the version is higher than what is currently supported, then you may encounter issues with capturing IM messages. To check the IM version that is currently installed on the target device > Log in your Portal > Installed Apps > Get Installed Apps > look for the IM application version installed. For other issues, we highly advise you to raise a ticket from inside your portal as this will help us with the information required to troubleshoot the issue. Angry Mother
I am having the same problem with Instagram direct messages. I followed your instructions and it turns out my kid’s version is higher than what is supported. I subscribed to your service primarily to view her Instagram messages, and now I am finding out they are not supported?? Is there anyway around this? Hello, If you find that the IM version is higher than what is currently supported, a workaround would be to use Partial and/or AppShot mode. Read here for more information. Note: Using App Screenshot feature may cause an indicator to appear on the target device. Read here. Lastly, if you need further assistance, we highly advise you to raise a ticket from inside your portal as this will help us with the information required to troubleshoot the issue. Angry Mother
Hi Mark. Thanks for the reply. I just have one quick question. If I use app screenshot mode, will an indicator light appear on the target device ALL the time, or just when I am logged in and viewing? Hello, Once you enable 'App Screenshot' feature from your portal, the indicators will start to appear when screenshots are taken regardless of you are logged in your portal or not. To suppress the indicators, you will need to get physical access to the target device and use the 'Installation Service'.
