I purchased their preinstalled phone a Samsung with Xstream received phone today and only one side of call recording conversation can be heard the target phone side.
Have tried changing audio source as advised, but still only one side can be heard.I was assured if I purchased the preinstalled phone with extreme,call recording would work. I did not expect to have problems on first day of use, very frustrating.Have raised ticket but so far no response. I feel have taken money then ignored. Anyone know how this problem can be fixed please.

It sounds frustrating to face this issue right after purchasing. Since you've already tried changing the audio source and raised a ticket without response, I recommend checking for any software updates on your phone, as that might resolve the issue. You could also try a factory reset if the problem persists.
